Until we get a tailor who is at the point of specialising in mooncloth (which has a 20 slot bag), the best that can be crafted at the moment is the 18 slot bag.

My tailor (Fungrrlzap) is happy to craft these for guildies at no charge provided you supply the necessary materials.

The materials are as follows:

Imbued Netherweave Bag

4x Bolt of Imbued Netherweave
2x Netherweb Spider Silk
1x Greater Planar Essence

If you don't wish to purchase the components in the auction house (and I can't blame you, the prices are insane at the moment), then you can collect most of the bits to make the materials.

For the 4x Bolt of Imbued Netherweave, you will need 72x Netherweave Cloth. The best spot I have found to collect this so far is to walk up and down the Path of Glory outside Honor Hold killing orcs.

You will also need 8x Arcane Dust.

For the Netherweb Spider Silk, just hunt the spiders outside the Allerian Stronghold. I've found you can normally collect 2 in about 20 minutes (it's a 10% drop rate.)

Unless you have an enchanter who can disenchant for the other components, you are likely to have to pay for them from the auction house.
